Figures like the above show an ugly picture that doesn't really help. They really need breaking down against other factors to give a true picture. Split it down against age, single parent families, income and location etc and you'll get a much clearer picture. I'd imagine young black males from single parent families living well below the average income will make up 90%+ of the black statistic but young males across the board will make the lions share up as well.
Next WTF(Am I Talking About) will complain that is not an entire picture.

It is however a fact.

As I suspected now new information is released its just a career criminal. No religion needed. Just a gang hit amongst scum hurting innocents.
They didn't even get upset by a cartoon or a bit of homosexuality or infidelity.

On a personal note I think that whoever the would be "assasin" may be has been "disposed of" by their gang - there is no way whatsoever that any crime gang/family would wish to be associated with the death of a 9 year old child.
On a lighter note, buy shares in Marsden's and Lennon's(I believe McCartney owns it) back catalogue - A re-release of either "Ferry Cross The Mersey" or "Imagine" is certainly on the cards.

Yep, I'm more than willing to raise my head above the parapet on this one.

We need to know! If this information is suppressed, how are we supposed to know how much to hate them?
