Poor love asked for multiple sick bags after seeing your picture. Though she does have odd tastes as you will see when you meet me!

To be fair, on the 11th i'll be a fool way past the morning ... mid afternoon at least!Originally posted by vetran View Post
Madam you can, but in the morning I will diet you will still be a fool/ugly.
I'll let Mrs V be the judge of whether I'm ugly or not (p.s. if she says yes, she's lying to you to stop you feeling insecure

Tough situation for everyone that. I think we can probably all remember someone like that in our past and they are ******* horrible people to work with over time. Nothing wrong with them as people per se, but to have to work with them can be an absolute nightmare. The two I can think of weren't marmite at all, someone likes marmite. There were just different levels people could tolerate them.
I can totally understand why they didn't want here there but I can also understand if you are good at your job you shouldn't get kicked out for traits you can't control.
That said I can help but think the type of people that tries to blame it on German heritage and cries unconcious racism as well as the sexism claim really aren't people you want around as well. Dunno if it's beefed up just for the tribunal or what it's what she really thinks but it's just poppycock. Thankfully and quite rightly they threw that rubbish out.
It's hard for companys when they've got that one person that just doesn't fit, we've all seen them, but they are still people that want to do a job and get paid so a difficult situation.
Either way. She's won and the uni will be glad to get rid of her even if it's cost them a bob or two so guess win win.Last edited by northernladuk; 7 December 2021, 16:04.

Right that's it! If anyone tells me I'm too loud on the 10th I will sue.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...nal-rules.html
Physicist who says her 'naturally loud' style is part of her German heritage and she was a victim of racist criticism was wrongly sacked for shouting, tribunal rules- Dr Annette Plaut was ruled unfairly fired after 30 years at Exeter University
- Lecturer said she was 'inherently loud', 'naturally argumentative' in conversation
- However, Dr Plaut said that any criticism of her conversation style was racist
