Great fun, we typically book a slot with a few random things in days before to secure the delivery... but then couldn't get in to complete or cancel it. The number of rejected deliveries like that today must be horrendous.

We've seen other bugs in recent months where changes made didn't get included in what was delivered, etc.

    started a topic Tesco Down

    Tesco Down

Their website and app were down over the weekend. It took them a while but they eventually admitted they were hacked.

Which of you didn't do your job properly? (They always use to be looking for contractors)

    https://metro.co.uk/2021/10/24/tesco...kers-15477457/

Tesco’s website and app have gone down after hackers ‘tried to interfere with the systems.’
The supermarket giant has been experiencing issues with its online shop for nearly 24 hours.
Customers trying to access products are met with a message which states: ‘Sorry, there’s currently an issue on our website.
‘We’re busy fixing it right now and hope this doesn’t cause you too much inconvenience. Please come back and try again later. Thank you for your patience.’

It means anyone trying to organise a delivery or revise an existing booking is unable to do so.

The problems are being caused by ‘an attempt to interfere with the system’, a spokesman confirmed.

He said: ‘Since yesterday, we’ve been experiencing disruption to our online grocery website and app.

‘An attempt was made to interfere with our systems which has caused problems with the search function on the site.

‘We’re working hard to fully restore all services and apologise for the inconvenience.

‘There is no reason to believe that this issue impacts customer data and we continue to take ongoing action to make sure all data stays safe.’
