    Seems so. According to a commenter in The Times:

    Boris was baptised a Catholic, which means he is subject to Church laws, one of which is that Catholics can only be legitimately married in a Catholic church by a priest. His previous marriages were not conducted in a Catholic church, so they don't count as marriages.
