That probably explains the current Tory government then. Didn't most them go to boarding schools? My son actually lives in isolation at the moment and only comes out of his room asking for food. You do realise that the second paragraph was a piss take don't you although it wouldn't surprise me that the current bunch of dickheads in power might suggest it...

We know that children are not the best of keeping track of their movements, once school is out, they're on public transport, they're visiting shops and so on and trying to track and trace their movements would be practically impossible. Other countries are already seeing problems with children going back to school so expect to see more localised lockdowns after 1st September.

There is a solution though...boarding schools, keep children in a confined area for a school term and it should all be okay. Now where could these be? How about all those empty office blocks? They have lots of offices which could be used as dorms and conference/meeting rooms as classrooms, canteens as dining areas, even empty barracks could also be used. Win-win situation, children get educated, landlords earn money on the rent...
Given the concerns about the long term impact to children's mental health during lockdown, locking them away for months at a time in makeshift boarding schools doesn't sound the best option...

You and Owly should form a partnership and sell your ideas to Brazil or somewhere.
