    - the warchest
    - IR35 status
    - maximum number of simultaneous clients in the last 12 months
    - highest day rate in the last 12 months
    - make and year of company car
    - list of surgeries private health insurance paid for so far
    - spouse as a director (yes/no)
    - how many times provided substitute
    - breakdown of donations to any party
    - which designer brand makes your company uniform

    Imagine organisations restricting access to people that can pass exams and prove they have a certain level of intelligence.

    oh my gosh, would that be a university. oh no, but then companies restrict access to people with certain level of qualifications.
