    Figured out what they meant as soon as I turned the PC off.

    1.6 millidegrees x 200,000 = 320'K = 47'C

    Room temperature is a silly measure as no two rooms are really the same temperature. In modern times, with central heating and an inability to wear to wear a jumper, most people keep their rooms around 20 degrees or so.
