    There's a whole bunch of groups on facebook on the subject of Serviced Accommodation (which is way more than just ABnB).

    Join the groups, read a lot, ask intelligent questions, go for it.

    Managing the place(s) yourself I think it's a pretty lucrative option but then it's much more labour intensive. As a 1-bed B&B sort of operation I think it would be a great option for WFH people to generate an extra £50-100/day
