It's the badly converted basement of a former Victorian townhouse, by all accounts it is basically a single room which is damp, floods and has no windows. The rest of us had been trying to get it condemned as not fit for habitation and restored as a basement - it seems we may get our wish!

Or maybe it could be marketed as an Escape Room.

The other flats are very nice apart from a strange smell from the drains.
