The celebrity chef says that, in the light of Storm Emma causing numerous school closures nationwide, parents will be able to feed their children for free at his Italian restaurants until the weekend.
So not only is his business empire going bust, he's offering free grub to kids for parents to put them in the car & drive to his restaurants when the weather warning is Red.

If it's anything like his school meals, the kids probably won't touch the tarted up, Frenchified, cordon blue food anyway
So if you take your kids to a restaurant, they eat for free when you have a meal.
Let's see... he gets free publicity, he gets people turning up who probably wouldn't be going out anyway, he gets people turning up when his restaurants would be quiet, and he's giving away the cheapest food on the menu.
