One day she picked up cheap ones in Iceland just to teach them to appreciate them.

Gave up eating bangers years ago after seeing a docu on how they were made
TBH best to give up all processed meat products - they just aren't good for you.
Eat red meat sparingly and use genuine organic products.
I like Price Charles Duchy range - I reckon that's the one company that won't need to cut corners.

I wouldn't use run-of-the-mill "value" bangers such as Walls if doing my own fry up (although doubtless that's what one is given in a café that does modestly priced full English breakfasts)

But these days supermarkets sell better quality "premium" sausages, such as pork and apple, and even venison, and those are much nicer and presumably with their much higher meat content healthier, e.g.
