Mate of mine lives nearby and sent me a video of the view from her balcony.

She had no idea there was a fire until she smelled some nasty acrid smoke. Called the building reception who nonchalantly said "oh Torch Tower is on fire again, it's fine, you don't need to evacuate". She packed essentials just in case
