Some of it was reincarnated as a Polish washing machine. The rest of it wasn't even fit to scrap.

    Little Tikes leasing repossessed it

Most importantly - glad you are safe.

I would put my money on the insurers sending it down to Nationwide Accident Repairs, the car being stuck on a jig & some new panels being ordered in & a lick of paint. I would fight this tooth & nail.

The oil means nothing. It could be pipe or a totaled engine. Who knows until it is on a lift. I believe that will determine whether it is a write off or not, not bodywork.

I did something similar to a similar vintage S-Class. Mercedes quoted 24k to fix, insurance invoiced 4.3k by Nationwide.

I think the severe bang on the head explains quite a lot about this Atw character.

Re-bumping ancient dead threads about yourself, starting passive aggressive bullying posts to re-affirm your status of leader of the pack, having to post endlessly in order to garner attention and affection from the denizens?

Starting to look sadder by the day AtW. You not coping with the lockdown and having to turn to the CUK fraternity to massage your sagging ego or something?

Maybe time you thought about a self imposed ban so you can deal with your problems and then we can bait you back?
