Read it carefully. Platinum has an SG of 18. Chengdeite is 19.3.

Chengdeite is an Iridium/Iron alloy. Denser than gold, not as dense as platinum. It probably has some uses (unlike sasguru), and so the thread title cannot be considered to be an insult. Rather delusional praise.
