It's also in breach in several international treaties.
Still, we would never have had Microsoft if the judge in the QDos trial had the wits to tell Bill to cease and desist and well as fine him. I notice the treaty has been renamed and watered down since then.

Er, the plagiarism is, in essence, paying someone to do your work for you.
One bright spark here got poor marks, refused to pay, and got ratted on by the writer.

Just on a technical point, it cannot be plagiarism if a text is reproduced with consent, shirley?
Consent has to be assumed from the fact that they advertise an essay writing service, so as long as you pay for it, they aren't going to care what happens afterwards.
