Nobody stopped others to vote. It's not like Leave campaign was the only one and their supporters did not beat up Remain supporters like it happens in countries like Russia - whoever wanted to Remain but failed to vote - they'll have to leave with it, every vote counted.

The UK certainly needs alot of change. But if people can't be bothered to vote, why have riots?

I suspect the riots of a few years ago involved people who would not vote.

Good point. As Parliament has sovereignty, they can just vote to reject the result of the referendum and refuse to leave the EU. That would be entirely legal and constitutional within the British system. Sorted!
