    While we would view Eek's scheme as unnecessarily open to challenge, we are flattered that he has tried to copy some of the key payment vehicle features, such as personal introductory fees and miscellaneous outgoings.

    1% tax..... That's far more than our scheme expects you to pay.

    Whether you actually see any of the money you pay in depends on when you join the scheme relative to us doing a runner....

    I've expensed such claims before for a AGM. No problem.

    Individual limited companies should never exist. Permies avoiding taxes wondering when hector is going to snare them. The stress.

    Do it properly, hire a director in Barcelona. All the big companies do it.
