I've got something like that but it reminds you about absolutely everything every 2 minutes. It's called Wife 2.0. It's very temperamental, has no mute option and is bloody expensive. I'd never normally advocate piracy but I believe its better not to get your own and just use someone else's.
It could be worse. I tried uninstalling wife2. That is really expensive.
If you're working late (after 10pm) it will also point out that you'll be getting up in 9 hours (or whatever) as a reminder to stop working and go to bed (I forget sometimes).

I've used flux for the last 6 months and I think it's great. If you're working late (after 10pm) it will also point out that you'll be getting up in 9 hours (or whatever) as a reminder to stop working and go to bed (I forget sometimes).
They do do it for tablets or atleast iPads, it's called Night Shift and is included in iOS 9.3 that is currently in beta, have used it for a few weeks now and it's quite good.
If they did one for tablets that would be nice, it's hard to sleep with the light emitted from the missus tablet whilst she plays some candy crush variation
