Minced beef or pork, some bread crumbs, an egg, any herbs you can find in the cupboard (including smokeable ones), a bit of pepper and salt.
Mush it all up and squish it into burger sized lumps.
Grill it until just before you feel safe enough to eat it.
Smother in mustard and whack it in a bun.
Enjoy.

Home made burgers
Made some the other day, they were really nice.
Not sure what made me try it, but I mashed a Kallo beef stock cube with a little olive oil and stirred it into the beef mince. Then added some salt and pepper.
Put the mince in a burger press and griddled them.
They tasted like a proper burger. Really deep beef flavour. Totally yummy. Best burgers ever.
