Odd - my search shows the IP address as being in Massachusetts: HijRa2Ireland.com WHOIS, DNS, & Domain Info - DomainTools

The Istanbul street address given in HijRa2Ireland.org WHOIS, DNS, & Domain Info - DomainTools (IP address on Amazon Web Services in Virginia by the look of things) doesn't seem to exist. If it does, it isn't in that postcode area, from what I could see on a quick visual inspection of the district on Google Maps. The postcode for the Amsterdam address on the .com is also incorrect; it points to a small street a number of blocks south of The Heineken Experience.

But I think we can safely assume the site is bollocks

Unbelievable is about right: Muslims denounce immigration website as fake
The website has been reported to the Garda by Dr Mudaffar Al-Tawash, the administrator of the Islamic Foundation of Ireland, whose name and telephone number are cited as contacts.

“It is fake... and it is not right,” he said. “We don’t know anything about it. The gardaí are trying to find out what happened.”

Dr Ali Selim of the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland said the first he heard of the site was when the centre was contacted by Muslims seeking to move to Ireland.

“We were surprised because we don’t usually receive calls of this nature,” he said. “We were most surprised to see our contact details listed on this website.”

Dr Selim said the website had been created by somebody who was not a native Arabic speaker, and that there were many errors in the text.

The website domain is registered to “Benjamin Teun” who gives Amsterdam as his address. However, the name has no internet trace, raising further suspicions about the legitimacy of the site.

Here's the registration record, for those who like such things:

they do seem to have plenty of challenges using SQL server.

The Oracle guys seem to have even less idea but that is sort of understandable. Oracle is written to be obscure.

Immigration authorities in Ireland are very strict, however enforcement throughout the state is lacking. For this reason, you can enter the country as a tourist, student or any other way and stay without much fear of being deported. Undocumented immigrants in Ireland are plentiful, and the economic system is able to sustain them.
I lived there for a few years, non-EEA immigrants are supposed to register with the Garda, but it's not really enforced unless you leave the country and come back in again when Customs & Immigration will ask you where your Garda stamp is.

I don't recall any employer asking to see proof of residency or entitlement to work.
