Ta, was going to have a quiet one but decided not to...
- last night was a quiet night in as had the fire alarm checkers coming round this morning (its law too have them in your house here) and watched Liverpool struggle against a really rather impressive Exeter side
- fire alarm checker came and went. Off out tonight to see UGUAGLIANZA / LOADED / THE WOLVES followed by a couple of beers
- gonna cook something nice but apparently with not too many calories

I always preferred white pudding but if I can get good boudin noir then that's great. Netraider used to get me some clonakilty black and white pudding when I was working back in blighty.Originally posted by WTFH View PostThey say that once you've tried black there's no going back.
I prefer white pudding, not cause I is racist, but because it's spicier, has flavour, and is more popular back home.
Bloedworst here in cloggers is too highly spiced, waaaay too much cloves and cinnamon for my liking.

I will be making black pudding at some point, now that a local butcher has said they'll put some blood aside for me.

Third round of the cup on Saturday so I'll be getting the train to the game for a few swifties. Sunday we are going walking (one of our Christmas gifts was a subscription to the local ramblers "because you don't seem to have any friends". I blame contracting

If it's for shooting plates of food, look for ebay photo light box.
