So in other words, the normal way of working? As opposed to making everyone work on US (or wherever) time which can be pretty gruelling.

What's a NA team and what's "follow the sun"?
    North America?

offices are open when the sun shines on the country so India starts, then UK then US etc.

Follow the sun has one benefit someone else answers the call outs and filters them so you don't have to get out of bed for a password reset.

Support/team functions operate on local time. Idea is you have them at pertinent point on the globe (India, China, West Coast US, East Coast US, Uk/Europe)

24/7 operation with non of the benefits

Ok he should not need to 'boast' because all him and the team have done is the job they are paid to do....

but experience tells me that is not so common so worth a least a little celebration.....

but just let it go man

Follow your base instinct, be unselfish, it may help others in the future and you will feel a lot better

I, personally, blame Waynes World for this sort of behavior, unsure if that will hold up when you go to court.

What is annoying about that? Seems entirely innocuous.

"All NA tasks completed. NA team rocks".

I am not sure if to :-
    1. fly over and punch him
    2. reply with "don't be such a twunt"
    3. reply with "agreed. NA team are like totally awesome"
    4. spend time with my kids where I get more grown up behaviour
    5. ask Suity
    6. carry on invoicing
    7. carry on invoicing and look for another job
    8. Ask Dallas when I meet her for lunch on Monday(and be made to cry, followed by being told the answer is obvious and I should know it already).
    9. All the above.

As this is general, humiliation is expected. I am looking for that one post in 10 that will help.
Option 3, obviously. Twunts don't understand sarcasm.
