Why were they so stupid as to hang the thing on the wall where everyone can see it?
If they'd hidden it behind the fence, nobody would be any the wiser.

Personally I like the sound of children playing. Even in those indoor play areas I like to hear children having fun. In this case I think the couple are wrong.
If it was teenagers who were behaving as if they needed an ASBO, I would go for this device rather than the ASBO. As it affects house prices.

A few years ago I stayed in a hotel in France - the aircon was useless and I had to keep my window open. The building next door had one of these devices attached to it and I could hear it even with my 40+ hearing. To say they are annoying is an understatement. The sound cuts through everything and it was on 24/7.

Total sympathy with the couple. Constantly squealing little bastards near us. Maybe their parents should exercise a bit of discipline.
Note 62% agree on that poll. Probably most of the other 38% think a shotgun would be a better option.Last edited by xoggoth; 9 November 2015, 22:52.

Probably find the neighbors have history of annoying the people around them. The council did nothing but because these people had the audacity to do something the council are intent on punishing them.

They should probably file for the same motion as their neighbours...

In some cases, yes probably. Deliberately inflicting pain on children in their own garden does not seem an appropriate use... "you're being noisy so we are too".
At least that's what I say now. Put 4 screaming kids next door and after a year I might change my views
