My 4 day a week contract lasted about a month before they wanted to change it to 5 days a week.
Why is it a dream job working with celebrities?

Fair enough that you don't get why - it involves working with a certain set of celebrities
it's 20% off the daily rate and a 4 day week.
These must be really big, successful, and richer than yewl, if you are prepared to take a 20% drop in rate and a 20% drop in work

Surely a dream gig is:
Doing the exact work you want to do with exactly the right amount of challenge, is based at home or close or in a location you dream of working in, pays boatloads over your market rate and ticks every other box imaginable.
I just can't compute how anything involving any level of compromise meets the dream standard.
But then again I'm a tosser.

4 days at the same rate isn't a problem - it's 20% off the daily rate and a 4 day week.
Always thought a 4 day week would be perfect. Too hard this 5 days lark.
