    Well he missed the Employer NI stuff out so I really can't rate him as that is a significant cost increase and your previous posts definitely says to treat every word you say with suspicion...

    As for not causing panic posting a new thread on a topic you don't know a lot about when there was a 340+ post thread two below this one doesn't really wash.....

    Whatever the term used is, I would not be surprised to see an influx of ridiculous tripe arising as a result of panic caused by the Budget, which as it is, is fairly light on specifics. Nonetheless, that is perfect for fostering paranoia.

    Not quite. It's a poster who hasn't mentioned all the changes only select ones (note the lack of the employer ni stuff) and added unnecessary panic regarding expenses which is designed to cover shafted low pay care workers
