    All my contracts go to QDOS anyway but I'm interested in their view on the assymetrical notice period.

    Can't help thinking its a good thing from an IR35 perspective - would an employee not have any notice period?

    Why? All contracts should go to QDOS to be fair but why just because of the notice period?
