Must be summit wrong with you lot. Haven't used any sort of heating in about 2 months. Can't top up my oil tank this year as not enough room for the minimum purchase.

At this rate it is going to be staying on for the entire 'summer'.

My heating has been off for a month.
It had only been on in the morning for a couple of hours before that since March.

I have a clever device that switches the heating on and off according to the temperature in the house. So no need to actually switch it off in summer.
What an age we live in.

Heating was left on through February because it was a bit nippy but then switched off back in March I think. A few weeks ago, the aircon was switched to cool. Then yesterday, aircon got switched off, heating went back on because it was bloody freezing
I'm hoping this will be rectified quickly

Heating is always on, but the thermostat has been turned down. Although it was cold, wet and windy yesterday so it went back up to 17.
As I sat and watched the rain drop through the ceiling.

I switched it off at the weekend and when I came home last night it was summer like inside the house with all the windows on vent

Went off early April, been on once of twice since but only for an hour or so.
Been sleeping with the windows open since the beginning of May.

No doubt the BBC and Met Office will say it's the warmest June on record due to global warming.

Our heating is thermostatically controlled. It's always on, but since currently it's above 20°C most days, I doubt it'll be doing anything other than heating the water. The floors are nicely stone cold.
