You can get the DVDs on Amazon.

A few bods I know seem to dig it anyhow.
Ah, I see. Had a quick glance at it and it seems to be on the kettle bell band wagon. They are not really any better than any other weighted resistance, whether you use your whole body or not etc. depends on the exercise you are doing and the form you are doing it with. I use bottles of water, a sandbag, a sledge, dumbbells, a kettle bell, body weight etc. and I can get just as intense a workout with any of them.

However, it seems like it might be a good routine. Depends a bit on your fitness level and knowledge and, of course, commitment. You can easily make routines yourself if you are thus inclined but I know some people prefer a template (I have used a DVD routine myself and have another one to use when I can persuade my wife to let me have the time in the evenings!).

I think you're better off just settling into a reasonable fitness routine that you'll actually keep up. These things are just the fitness equivalent of fad diets - it may do something in the short term, but nobody keeps it up and so you end up back at square one.

    started a topic Shredded

    Shredded

    Anyone doin it?

Seems like a slightly less blood vessel bursting variation of Insanity.

Tried that but just couldn't face doing it every night after work. And certainly not at 6am either.

Working...
