Sorry all, been helping a member of staff who is having some problems. Nothing I can or would want to go into on here but suffice to say some people have real-world problems a lot sodding bigger than the moans and groans that I have seen on here today. Will catch up on the name calling now.

How many times does a person get Banned before it becomes permanent? Seems some people get Banned and do extactly the same thing they got banned for last time ad infinitum. I presumed banning was for lesson learning.
