    The pimp did contact me about a month later with a 'role I would be perfect for' (which btw was less of a fit than the one he turned me down for!). I had great delight in informing him why I wasn't available

    Jobserve for this one.
    Regular agent contact for the one prior to this. Although, in fairness to jobserve, he did get my details from there in the first instance so they ought to get the credit for that one as well.

    Despite applying online for quite a few, my two contract roles and my last permie role were all from an agent calling me. To my knowledge, none of the roles were advertised in any meaningful way.

    I did a data migration in one area of a large business and another business within the same group snapped me up on the back of that contract.
