The usual answer applies; join the PCG and take a riffle through their supporting contractual material. It's all there, and if it isn't someone will scare it up for you.

Sample Service Provider/Recruiter Terms

First post, so please don't shoot me down. Would welcome some practical help/advice or point to right direction or thread.

Started contracting and now maybe growing into service provider. Basically, we are increasingly to supply additional resources for projects.

What contractual terms/agreement documentation should I be using in negotiations/specific relationships?

1. CAPACITY AS RESOURCE PROVIDER (Recruitment)
- 1.1 Supply staff to hiring company (client or employment agency):
- Eg. What statement of services provided as those of an employment business?
- Eg. Details of any fees which may be payable by the hirer?
- 1.2 As employment agency (finder) to work-seeker/resource

2. CAPACITY AS SERVICE/SOLUTION PROVIDER
- 2.1 As Service provider to end client (hiring company)
- 2.2 As employer of contractor/resource

Pointers to sample documents, or relevant online resource/forum would be great.
