I used a local printer for my last batch, but they weren't very good with their software and messed about too long on different file formats etc. I'm thinking of trying Printvision next. I met them at a trade show and they seem quite well organised. 500 for about £45 plus VAT and delivery if you have a pdf or something designed already.
