I find it difficult to believe a £200 a day gig can be truely outside so +1 to what Eek says

Many agencies are offering "Fake" Outside IR35 contracts to keep their costs down knowing that any repercussions will be suffered by the contractor not the agency.
"Will ACME LTD furnish a SDS to my LTD company?"

I don't know. Have you tried doing a bit of research using the online calculators you can find on Google? This is your income you are talking about. Surely it's worth putting even the slightest bit of effort in to understanding it?Originally posted by randomname View PostMonetarily am i better off with a contract that is outside IR35 but pays £50 less than a contract inside Ir 35?

You've given us zero information like travel. expenses, pension, duration of contract or anything so go do some research using the facts you know and haven't told us and see what you come up with and then come with a better researched question.Last edited by northernladuk; 19 April 2022, 11:13.
