    You'd be better off with a clause in the contract with your client to stop them poaching staff.

    Worry more if the person is likely to be employed beyond 2 years. That's when you want a contract as that's when they start to get actual rights.
    Rights, what are those? Why do you think that a restrictive covenant is not enforcable? I certainly wouldn't want my clients pinching my staff.

    Hit google or linkedIn and search for a HR support company - they will have the contracts and should fix a whole set of other issues that you are probably not aware of.

    I didn't use an agency - do you know how much they charge?? Could hire 2 people for that price

    Can someone point to a good template? I have looked at legislate.tech - has anyone used a tool like that before? I don't want to draft a huge document myself so keen to find some out of the box solutions
