    If you want to know how agents can get this bad, read these forums to see how bad "contractors" are these days.
    More concerned about how to save tax on a shed, or why they shouldn't be bound by a contract, or how they are poor deprived people who know their rights.

    Clients rarely meet the numpties that we have to deal with. They get the good agents, who are too valuable to waste their time with us rabble.
