Normally you need a contract and then on the basis of that you apply for a visa.

I doubt the agency has given it one second of consideration.Originally posted by cojak View PostThe agency who arranged the contract should be sorting this out for you - it's not something that I would expect the contractor to have to do. You don't have the knowledge to do it correctly, the agent should have.
You could get into a lot of trouble with this so I would go back to the agency and demand that they sort this out or else you will be forced to terminate the contract.
OP: I take it you negotiated your rate so you are comfortable to pay 50% of income tax above €41,060 pa + load of additional taxes and mandatory health insurance?

then go here Visa for Belgium | Belgium in the United Kingdom
then here Immigration Office
Note that...DISCLAIMER: this information is only provisional. The legislation to implement the Withdrawal Agreement at the end of the transition period is not yet final. For this reason, the Immigration Office is not at this stage in a position to respond to questions relating to individual cases.
you might struggle with a UK Ltd. if working in Belgium though. What does your client/agent say?Last edited by Lance; 19 January 2021, 13:16.
