When I was at Lloyds they had a room load of Indian IT workers being paid £100 a day being charged out at £500-750 a day to delivery an Enterprise SAP upgrade!

I bet all the contracts have been signed already with TCS and Wipro. No scraps left for contractors because we are expensive and inefficient and offshore will scale up rapidly and deliver pretty fast.

Be interested to see how this goes, last time I was there it seemed there was reorg after reorg after reorg.... Moralle was v-low

Lloyds will spend 3 billion gbp on digitalisation. That should keep all us and agile coaches busy for years!!
