    IMO...
    Take the 250 a day gig.
    Assume no insurance product will cover you as the risk has changed considerably.
    Assume you are inside from day one.
    Assume your first payment in April will be taxed regardless of when you worked it.
    Assume nothing will change so your assumptions are correct.
    Assume there is nothing you can do about it.
    Ask for your ban to be re-instated.

    Doing all that means you'll not get any nasty surprises in the very near future.

    We don't know, and neither does anyone else.

    Maybe they'll let you go outside, I'd ask them if I were you.

    Everyone I know there is leaving by the end of February.....

    That's actually not much of a problem for you - but its safest to assume you will be inside and that you can't claim for expenses....

    So i had this interview with HMRC (yeah!!!!) and got the offer that is like 150£ pd higher than usual going rate in my area.
    How do I protect myself from unwanted IR35? qdos insurace? (their public sector IR35 solution )?
    I know things will get tricky after april and I should be fineuntil then but how do i go about going forward if extended? thanks
