    Kingie,

This fake, special-needs, rapper patois wasn't funny to start with. There's only so many things you can mis-spell; only so many conjugations, capitalisations etc you can corrupt. You've done them all so, enough is enough

My current contract wasn't supposed to get extended but they manage to secure some last minute approvals - so I am ok for another 3 months

But this begs a question as to what does it take to get an interview and why is there so much time wasting?

So did I. Made a version of my CV in the way they recommended: 0 repsonses. Old version tons of responses

That's because you can't polish a turd, only roll it in glitter

Like you I was struggling to get traction recently, I put it down to several reasons, change in direction, weak market, more competition etc. etc. etc., long and short if it, is that this is a numbers game, to be getting 1-2 calls a day (depending on your role) is good going, and three weeks is not very long to be looking to be fair

Thanks. I didn't say I think I am good, only said I worked at decent places. I am rubbish - but that shouldn't mean I don't hear from any of them, even if to say that I am rubbish.

Printed to see that it appears correctly as it does on the screen. I don't need paper output but the hiring manager might do.

    You don't do that?

    This X 10 !!!
Matt turned my 10 page '1990's style, yes got me plenty of work in the past CV, into a 2015 lean mean fighting CV machine of a few pages - not sure how successful it will be in long run, but applied for 2 contacts with new version (just 2) and got 2 interviews and 2 contracts - so 100% thus far
The feedback is consistently good and it's a service available to all - IPSE members get a discount. FTAOD it is not run by IPSE and IPSE receives no commission.
