    This opt out/in was a bit of a debate at first. BUT, rule number 1 here is decide for yourself and absolutely completely ignore anything the agent says.

    They want to get you opted out purely because it makes thing less hassle for them. They dont care a hoot about you.

    Regardless of your opt in/opt out status just make sure in future contracts you get clauses that link payments to timesheet and not being paid if the client doesn't pay them altered/removed.

    As even if you have a signed timesheet a client can argue you haven't done the work and refuse to pay. This means you need other proof you have.

    Correct. It was in response to the OPs question which was..

    You say: "What is your opt in/out status. If you have done it right they will have to pay you even without a signed time sheet."

    It was a starter for 10 so hopefully he could go read up on it in great detail as this could be his best bet out of this. I couldn't be bothered to go find all the links to feed him it TBH.
