No but that isn't what is being proposed. There is no such thing as an EU army, that is just a tabloid slogan.
The EU army, is not actually an EU army it is a defence co-operation very similar to the one Hunt has proposed.
The EU army under an EU commander with conscription is simply tabloid lies.
