If we are going to stay in the EU for the long term they we need to stop thinking like an individual nation and simply become European.

We should adopt the euro and simply get rid of the UK parliament given they have shown they actually are unfit to run a country.

It is purely a matter of economics and there is no point in playing at being in Europe we either are or we are not.

That’s a weird defeatist attitude to take. It tells people that you don’t think much of the U.K. as a nation, that you think the U.K. is weak and that Germany is better in every way, and therefore in your head Germany is going to take over.

Have some optimism about the U.K., that we’re good enough that we can work in partnership with people and countries for win/win situations instead of always looking for winners and losers.

Boris and the other privileged s showing their true colours. One minute saying May's deal is the worst possible outcome as it will make the UK a vassal state of the EU, the next voting for her deal as soon as she said she'd stand down if they did so.

Boris just wants to be PM at any cost (to paraphrase Game of Thrones, "he'd see the world burn if he could rule the ashes"). The others running scared of no brexit as it would mean they can't continue their plans to enforce their own elitist agenda.

Both parties need a leadership change if they are to have a clear chance of winning the next GE. They'd do better to have another referendum where the outcome is more predictable, likely a swing to 'remain', so then it goes to best of three.

The DUP have come clean this evening, with a statement that the Union is more important than Brexit.

Basically they've realised Brexit won't work for them. The only alternative they could support would have to include a Customs Union, to ensure they don't end up under a bus at the end of Brexit.

Sounds like they are signaling that they might support the Customs Union in the indicative votes on Monday.
