The total number of offences involving a knife or bladed instrument that have been recorded by cops in the year to March 2018 rose to 40,147, a seven-year-high.
Yes but the UK is not trying to tell everyone else how to live their lives are they?
I think the french maybe need to focus on letting their own population protest without fear of death or injury before they start talking tulip about other countries

Anyone who thinks the UK will simply crash out with no deal is in cuckoo land, there' s a maximum of 100 MPs in parliament for no deal. The fact that the bill won't pass doesn't mean there won't be a second bill, probably extending article 50.
Extending Article 50 would require agreement from all EU members
Once the 40 - 60 billion have paid out you will see the government cave and cave to increasing demands. The Tories will be kicked out and Corbyn will take the UK into a customs union after the next GE.
Brexit is effectively dead but the "Zombies" are still twitching, a few prominent Brexiteers are cock-a-hoop about no deal but that's just a last "hypothermic" rush of euphoria before reality finally kicks in.
That still doesn't explain why 17 million people voted for it.
And sign away any sovereignty we have left. France and Germany have declared over the weekend that they want a sovereign Europe with the powers to set budgets across member states. If you are happy for France and Germany to rule Europe then you should campaign for us to Remain in the EU and finally surrender to Germany. Otherwise.....
It's academic, as a member of the EU you can shape these things, the UK will simply become an impotent football. Corbyn will ensure vassal status.
