Can't the government do their job and vote on whether to accept May's deal, a hard brexit, or cancel the whole damn thing?

Though if they were doing their job they'd be voting based on what their constituents wanted, so back to the risk of giving the people what they want that goes against what those in power want 'in the nation's best interest'.
We know that politicians can't be trusted either.
Find me the first one that actually works for the country's sake and not their own (or on second place party's) sake

If Labour won the GE, they would remain in power regardless of the result of the new referendum. So No Brexit and Labour in power.

    Two years wasted is nothing.

Drunker told he's wearing odd shoes, one brown one black.

Don't even need to be sober to out-negotiate the UK government on brexit.

No you wasn't. You was promised a Brexit that removed FoM, CU, SM etc and this is essentially what May's deal delivers. ERG want a hard Brexit as they can profit from the chaos, and they are convincing people that May's deal doesn't deliver "the will of the people", but they are being disingenuous. The ERG mob need to be honest about what they want, and what they don't want is any deal, so anything the government deliver the ERG will reject - this is why they won't support BoJo as PM, as they know he won't want to deliver no deal - they need a puppet PM like Raab. But of course, JRM and his pals being honest is not likely.

If there is a second ref, then it should be take the deal, or revoke A50.

Hmm. You probably should refrain from buying viagra pills over the internet. But never mind that; what's your view on Brexit?

Why do gammons hate freedom of speech so much? It's very un-British.

Eh? A huge chunk of the "total population" are too young to vote.
An argument could be made for having put in a better system requiring a clearer margin to achieve victory, but that is NOT what was put in place. Little point getting into a lather now over missed opportunities and lack of vision on the part of Cameron/Osborne.
