    Education is the only solution to the Ireland problem. Until you can educate people to stop being idiots and accept that human beings are of equal value even if they live on a different street or play a different sport or say “H” a different way, the problem will continue, doesn’t matter whether you get Trump, etc to stop funding political causes or not.

    He was told not to eliminate them and now they are MPs.

    It's no biggie. We were acutely aware that a central tenet of our role was to stand firm in the face of overwhelming soviet aggression to protect the weedy and the needy. Who knew that they would repay us by selling their souls to Mittel-European politicos a few decades later?

    Good thing we were there keeping the Russian Bear at bay though. Had they got past us who was going to stop them? The French would have been too busy manufacturing White flags as the Dutch had cleared the shelves the afternoon the Warsaw Pact crossed the East German border.
