Brexiter Patrick Minford says Brexit will eliminate manufacturing in the UK and this seems to be the way forward - who wants to make things anymore?

Yea like that's going to happen. All these shenningans are taking place to minimise the inevitable damage that's going to happen to the UK economy.
There are no trade deals going to happen soon with the rest of the world (not ones that don't involve an enormous shafting whether it's accepting sh!te American food or another huge extra influx of Indians for example), that's just the failed medic, never-run-a-business-in-his-life, Fox's wet dream
There won't be any immediate effect though, it's just in 5 years at its current rate of growth, Britain will be the poor man of Europe.
