Anyone know when it's happening? Is it going to happen at all?

      Take you pick:

23/06/16: The date of Brexit based on when the referendum happened
28/06/16: The date of Brexit based on when Cameron promised to trigger Article 50
28/03/17: The date of Brexit based on when May actually triggered Article 50
23/06/18: The date of Brexit based on 2 years after the referendum
28/06/16: The date of Brexit based on 2 years after Cameron's date
28/03/19: The date of Brexit based on 2 years after May triggered Article 50
29.03/19: The date of Brexit as defined by a group of UK officials, who have declared "exit day" as 11pm on that date.
31/12/20: The date of Brexit based on when the transition period is currently due to end.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

It's not perfect but doesn't have potholes, fat women, a wait to see a doctor or a large thick underclass as far as I can see.
On the other hand the traffic ias as bad as London and the people don't speak English.

Then you have ignored the cobbled roads, and living in a tulipty area where noone speaks English, and blissfully unaware of Schaerbeek.

Apart from the cobbled roads you could be describing any amount of areas in the UK.

It's a funny one that. She's definitely not representative, from what I can see.
