If travelling to a workplace defined as being temporary by HMRC, then yes. If not, then no.

Are you an employee of an y description on the client? If so it is likely a permanent workplace so no.
equally if its a 1 year rolling and it haw been renewed then you would probably be beyond the 24 month window so no.
there are circumstances where it would be claimable but the scant info provided makes it a question that cannot be answered.

Then pay particular attention to IR35.
