Can you claim the 8k relocation if you meet the relocation criteria - and carry on working at the site where you have worked for 2 years.

Obviously there would be no more expense claims for work in the relocated area.

Would be a sensible 'business' move as work scarce down south.

If you have read the guidance carefully, and understand that this is something which you can do without facing any BIK charges, then claim it. If you haven't, then read it carefully, determine whether this is something you can do without facing any BIK, and then either claim it or not.

Plan to work in the London & surronding areas with definately no plans to work South (or North).

Maybe need to read Hectors fine print again - thanks.
