If the company hasn't traded at all i.e. completely dormant, then it costs £10 (paid to Companies House) and a form DS01 which you can download from their website. Simples.

If you're lucky it may just have been an off the shelf company that they did nothing with. Even if it's not it shouldn't take much to sort out.

Tell SJD, pay what you owe them and job done.

You will owe them something if they've gone as far as setting up a Ltd for you...

Closing down Ltd just registered

I registered a limited on Monday and am now not taking the offered contract and staying perm. I haven't signed any documents and company was setup for me by SJD. Just wondering how I close it down.
